it's my first post here but i love this site. Thank you in advance to exist!
I use a amd r9 390x and yes...i know it's not simple to use this gpu on hac but mine work like a charm oob. 113 fps in cinebench and 14,5 secs brucex, i think work oob 'cause this gpu is the classic sapphire edition (blower) and also oob in el capitan (i don't know in sierra).
But..problem...fcpx 10.3 crash with internal gpu enabled. I maked a fresh install and i used a unibeast 11 for post installation adding whatevergreen kext and lilu. I tryed also to use unibeast 10 and adding manually the kext, of course i tryed without...
I prefere to enable igpu to have the advantages in fcpx 10.3 (in el capitan and fcpx 10.2 no problem with igpu and r9 390x) and to open the images using the space bar. I can't return in el capitan and fcpx 10.2 'cause i use some plugins available just for 10.3
In DavinciResolve the r9390x work perfectly with igpu enabled
Any suggestions? Or the solution is to buy a rx vega 64 or 56?
I know the rx 580 pulse have the same problem, right?
