I've been using a build running on Yosemite since 2015. I've never used virtualization, and in fact I only recently even found out about it. What is the best virtualization option for my system? I installed Parallels Desktop and it seems to work, but I still haven't installed an operating system on it. I only want to run a newer OSX, like High Sierra. What's involved and what's next? I want to know if I can just install High Sierra directly onto Parallels Desktop or do I have to go through a laborious process as when I did my build? Thanks so much.
