Nvidia update works... But where is Quartz/GL!

i finally got my system in gear and it has been up and running for 3 weeks now without a hiccup, but it is lacking a very important feature. i used the tonymac nvidia update and 'about my mac' loads up all the correct specs for my graphics card, but i cannot get quartz/gl enabled -- making my cinebench scores almost half of what they should be. does anyone know how to enable quartz/gl with my setup?

nvidia evga GTX 460 SE, msi p55-gd65, intel i7-870
