[Solved] can't booting my USB flesh

Hi, when I start to install mac os I can't booting my USB flesh, I I didn't see on boot list I try all setting use guide and can't boot my USB flesh. can somebody help me (i bought in best bay MSI Z370-Pro Game Codex XE (ms-b913) all in one MSI PC)

I tried but don't see any USB flash

Have you tried to insert it into a window or a Mac? Is she alive? See her operating system? Does another computer see it?
I have one flash drive, it's just dead dead!

Thx! after start installing I see apple logo and after 1min installation is stopping and show me error "O" circle

This usually means that your USB install disk is in a port that the Mojave installer cannot access. Move the USB disk to a black USB 2.0 port (not a blue or red port) and try again. Also, enable "verbose" -- at Clover boot screen press Spacebar and select first item in the list. This will show you more detail about any future error.
