[SUCCESS] Gigabyte A520l AC — Ryzen 7 4700G — Radeon Vega 8 16GB

Took @Edhawk s idea and switched SMBIOS to iMac20,1 much less hanging this time which seemed to be a bit of an issue with the 'Pro' versions. Downloaded AirportItlwm-Sonoma-Preview02 which I found in the link below and got Intel WiFi working, BT next.

Holy Crab Cakes... I can hear it!. Sound, tick, I might have the most expensive speaker for this build but it sounds good coming through the speakers on the M1 MBA!. A combination of kexts for BT and WiFi, labelled blue in my EFI, coming out the Intel Dual Band 3168NGW(Stone Peak) card. Just waiting for the batteries to charge for my Magic Mouse.

Successfully updated my build to Ventura 13.5.1 - Drama 0.0.0. I got the wrong Airport.kext, works in Sonoma but not here, OpenCore 0.9.4.

Updated to Ventura 13.5.2 with zero drama!, booting OpenCore 0.9.4. I still prefer Montereys desktop picture.

I'm very happy with this build, what started out a couple of months ago as a 'will it, won't it', is now finished. I went to Micro Center yesterday with the full intention of just picking up a 1TB WD Black SN850X, but ended up spending a bit more than I intended. The reason?, a white Lian Li Meshlicious MITX case, you can check out the box it came in via the link below. I first spotted it a month ago wrapped in bubble wrap, it's white mesh tantalizingly out of reach. It was then $80 and on a following visit a week later it had been sold, I felt deflated, the only case for my AI build was gone forever :O. But the gods of meshalicious had other plans, because when I went back yesterday, it had returned, without the bubble wrap and was now $70, it's mine, mine ha ha ha ha ha!.

The thing I like the most, besides the white mesh, is the power button which flashes magenta when there's disk activity. The Dell 7010 PSU is the perfect choice for this case imo, why would you even consider anything else!.

Anyway, nice work!
Thank you. This is my most complete build where mostly everything works, just no hand off or Air Drop yet. But sound, Bluetooth, WiFi and messages are working in macOS Sonoma really well. And all from an APU that can also run Stable Diffusion by utilizing system memory, incredible and surprising.
