yes, as mentioned

also read post 2 of the guide
So now after mixing up your and dortania guide I've booted up Catalina, only thing not working is My nvme because if I don't put ssdt-nvme the OS won't boot ( any workaround for that?) And sound (will figure it out tomorrow) and I still have to test the power management

First of All, thank you so much to responding to all my questions. Secondly I'll state all the issues (EFI provided)
1 (most important). Any MacOS wint boot with my nvme, that is if I remove SSDT-NVMe the os wont boot, and I need my NVMe if I am to upgrade to Monterey
2. Sound not working
3. Screen Glitches If I close the lid and open it back on
4. Camera
5. As your guide states to use hackintool after install, hackintool shows my opencore as 0.6.1
6. What should I be doing now to make sure I can boot Monterey

Ok now for the good part
What works
Wifi (also I can choose which wifi to connect, I used ITLWM.kext to use the catalina installer)
Keyboard and trackpad with gestures
Gpu acceleration
Dual Boot

still didn't use the files from the guide....

no need for SATA-unsupported.kext, XHCI-unsupported.kext and CtlnaAHCIPort.kext

you also need to do this before updating to Monterey:

and you will also need to update to latest OpenCore to be able to install Monterey

also what make and model is your NVME?

Yes because Its a mix of both, I will remove this and check again

Thats it? just usb config and oc update??

Ok now this is embarrassing, its a cheap chinese nvme

may not be compatible
After i removed both the ssdt-nvme and nvme fix the system now boots with the nvme. Why do you think removing the nvme fix kext made it boot?

probably wasn't compatible and wasn't needed

you only need kexts that makes something work

no need to throw all the kexts you can find on the internet and hope for the best

sometimes less is more

Ok so now what's left is audio, mapping the usb ports .. then I can directly update to Monterey.. Right?
