What is the latest OS version compatible with my hardware for a clean installation

This is your CPU's iGPU specs. HD530. So search for what macOS versions natively support HD530. Then
you'll know the answer. Google works, try it.

Monterey is the latest... officially....

however I have spoofed my skylake and was able to run Ventura, also spoofed it to run Sonoma which works fine as well
