Getting closer... Bottom shell took 36 hours. It will need some tweaking, but hopefully I can salvage it instead of reprinting.
It feels big in the hand, but definitely smaller than the 39 pound original.
I only have 1 rubber bumper on at this time, making sure everything else fits.
Here are the kickstand results, it will need a little reworking. Mine on the left, vs original on the right.
And the power receptacle (because I have the space to put the PSU internally:

Once everything fits, then I can begin the sanding and polishing. I am opting to try and use a subset of the NUC/iMac G5 SMC Kit to control front power button and light, as well as the screen on and off, and of course startup chime. I won't need any fan controls.
