[Solved] GTX 1070 not working properly after installing web driver on high Sierra 10.13.6

Hi Everybody
first of all sorry for bad English.
I used to using Hackintosh since Sierra, every driver was installed and worked perfectly.for developing iOS 12 I need to upgrade to high Sierra 10.13.6. (tried both update directly from Sierra And Clean install)
high Sierra installed with no problem and web driver is installed also but it is not working properly, sometimes screen flicker some animations and screens are choppy although it is installed but not working.
tried almost every solution in Forum but still not working
another problem is I can not change back to default Mac driver, from Nvidia Driver Manager. after restarting, web driver is selected again. and same problems.
I tried installing custom installs for NVRAM from clover 4700 package but it mess up totally and encounter with other problems like not booting or infinite boot.
I'm struggling with this in days and I'm really hopeless now.

Remove nv_disable=0 from config.plist/Boot/Arguments
