I want to start by thanking @kgp (and his sources) for their extended guide(s), @shathenine & @Gigamaxx for RX Vega Frame buffer Inject. And last and least Nvidia for pushing me over the edge to glow red.

For what i use this machine the build work at 100% (minus the 5-10 seconds boot delay).
Sleep/Wake – forced & when idle
DP Audio
Bluetooth/Wifi/Handoff/Airdrop
USB3 & 3.1 (Type-C not tested)
Dualboot
iCloud+iMessage – thanks to An iDiot's Guide To iMessage

What (probably) doesn’t work:
Ethernet – Do not use any/untested
Onboard Audio – Do not use any/untested
Xnu CPU Power Management

Specs:
CPU – i7-5820K
MB – Gigabyte X99 Ultra Gaming
GPU – Radeon RX Vega 64
Display – Dell 27" 5K UP2715K + 2x24"LG (whatevers)
nVME – Samsung 960 Evo 500GB
SSD – Samsung 850 Evo 250GB
BT/WiFi – OSXWifi+macPro antenas – No stupid antenas on the back
Apple Magic Keyboard with Numpad

BIOS settings:
Load Default Settings
CMS: Disable
xHCI Hand-off: Smart Auto
Save

hey i have a similar rig and also followed @kgp guide. He doesnt use cuda and i have had nothing but crashes with adobe and other programs that use cuda. Is this what you were running into? Im only a few keystrokes away to tossing my 1080ti and switching to vega 64.

I am waiting on new CPU (first one was DOA) and thunderbolt card and will update to Mojave install.
Also might be switching to Asus X99-a ii since its more common in the hackintosh community.
