I found it on Craigslist earlier, 25 minute drive away. I'm amazed I heard back, it was listed 17 days ago. I looked at eBay but the delivery, in some cases, was close to $100 and I was worried they wouldn't travel well. So I checked Craigslist and got in touch.

Will you leave it intact or dismantle it to use it in this project ?

It would be a shame to dismantle it, especially as its in such good condition. Maybe just remove the back and attach the H310T behind the display panel. It's already chinless!.

The ones that appear to be in as good condition on Ebay sell for $250. So you got a super deal there.

@craighazan I‘m not sure, if a thunderbolt to USB-C adapter will work. I use it with the Thunderbolt3 to Thunderbolt2 adapter from Apple on my TitanRidge card. This works almost like on my MacBook Pros.

That's what I got!, a Thunderbolt 3 (USB C) to Thunderbolt 2. It says it clearly in the product page!.
