  • HackinDROM 2.1.9 also crashes for me (Sonoma 14.3 public beta) when attempting to Create EFI as shown:

Hi CaseySJ, yes that's correct, it's (Vendor) ASUS, (Motherboard) Prime B550M-A AC [AMD]. I've tried downloading it from different machines but zero joy. Thanks for your help.

It's crashing for me on Sonoma 14.0 (23A344) on my M1 Air and Sonoma 14.3 on my Sig build, right when I click 'Save to Folder'.
 
I found 4 missing EFI folders in DB which produce the crash when we attempt to "Create EFI" with them:
  • Gigabyte A520I AC (APU) - 0.9.6
  • ASUS Prime B550M-A AC [AMD] - 0.9.7
  • Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro - 0.8.3
  • Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming (Broadcom Wireless) - 0.8.3

The reason why these EFI are missing is currently unknown.
I'm going to remove them from DB, once I fix the issue you can upload them back.

@craighazan if you have a copy of your Gigabyte A520I AC (APU) - 0.9.6 and ASUS Prime B550M-A AC [AMD] - 0.9.7 EFI please post theme here, it will help me to debug

Thank you, I uploaded my A520I AC APU EFI containing the NootedRed.kext to the HackinDROM DB. I am able to download without any issues, thanks again. :thumbup:

but if I wanted to use it for another hp, how can I do it? in my specific case of a hp 255 g8 with ryzen
