How to install this card on my Z390 Designare MoBo?

Alright. I played around with and needed to reroute some of my cables, but at least now I don't need an extension cable any more.

The second 2 pins are indeed a pass-through function; now my power button works, along with pressing the little button on that print card. It still doesn't connect to Homekit somehow, but that's another issue I need to resolve.
