depends on the make and model of wifi, if it is broadcom did you run OCLP?

For peace of mind I would go for a WD SSD instead. They are known to be very reliable. EVO SSDs can mostly work but have a "history"

TRIM will be broken and you'd have to disable it or wait a long time to boot to desktop.

I recommend ROG STRIX Z790-A. Z790-H needs a lot of ssdt patches, while Z790-A only needs 3-4 SSDT patches. Moreover, I do not have any sleep-wake issues when using Z790-A.

What about 12th gen i7? I see in that EFI:
CPUFriend.kext
CPUFriendDataProvider.kext
SSDT-PLUG-ALT.aml
ProvideCurrentCpuInfo is ON for CpuTopologySync
So all works perfect? Sleep-wake not big problem for me. Did you tryed to fix it? Or its totally impossible.
Question: I'm about to get i7-12700KF (Alder Lake), SSDT-PLUG-ALT is the one and uniqe for all kind a that processors? Should I change something for CPU works? And think ill need to do my own CPUFRIENDDATAPROVIDER.KEXT from DSDT.aml.
In ACPI you have one patch "ADBG to XDBG". This is for Gigabyte boards isn't it?
Before I did ssdtPRGen for 4960x. Was easy
About Samsung 970 EVO SSD, I'll see how it works... if with TRIM not going to works, I'll keep it just for Windows Boot and going to buy new one for new setup Mac OS. Right now on Big Sur with 970 all works good.
Ordered already 790-H, anyways. With motherboards all fun * don't know why Asus doing such a lot modifications for each design, setup and same chipsets
