you are missing USBInjectAll.kext as you have SSDT-UIAC-Z690-UD-AX.aml which requires it

... none of which match the HS** ports, although the port-count is correct.

I once owned a Gigabyte Z270 and don't recall such a strange DSDT at all. Not sure how it would work.
