3470 has HD2500 iGPU. Can't do anything about that. Maybe swap it out for an i7-3770.

Neither one. This is not meant for an Optiplex 3010 desktop. It says Dell Chromebox. Obviously it could never work.
You need to learn the basics first and create your own EFI folder. Takes time but it's valuable learning.
Copy/pasting an existling EFI rarely ever works well. Bad idea to take shortcuts like that.

They cost less than an AMD graphics card, at least where I live. You get 4 cores 8 threads and faster clock speeds.
